REAP is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization whose purpose is to help stabilize rural villages in Russia, Latvia, and Lithuania with strategies to become self-sufficient and independent of the State system. REAP works with rural schools, youth and others to bolster rural resources and adapt survival techniques learned in the U.S.
