Scholarships for Studying Abroad
The CALS Study Abroad Office distributes support for study abroad participation through 7 scholarships for undergraduates. Scholarships are based on many factors but there is enough variety within those scholarships to award money to every student who applies. For a list of scholarships and eligibility requirements, please see www.agstudyabroad.iastate.edu/funding.htm. In addition, CALS offers a passport reimbursement program for the first 50 first-time travelers who apply for study abroad programs. Students can also receive scholarship support for study abroad through many CALS departments and through the university Study Abroad Center. We don’t want money to be the reason a student does not study abroad!
