CGIAR Announces Fellowship Opportunity
CGIAR is now accepting applications for African Women in Agricultural Research and Development (AWARD) Fellowships available to women agricultural scientists from: Ethiopia, Ghana, Kenya, Malawi, Mozambique, Nigeria, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia.

The AWARD program offers specially tailored 2-year career development fellowships, available at three levels: post-Bachelors, post- Masters and post-Ph.D.

The deadline for all applications is July 18, 2008.

Fulbright Specialist Program
The Fulbright Specialist Program is designed to provide short-term academic opportunities for US faculty and professionals. Grantees are provided with opportunities to
collaborate with professional counterparts on curriculum and faculty development, institutional planning and a variety of other activities.

The program will award grants ranging from 2-6 weeks and will make use of serial grants (more than one visit).

Please visit the Specialist web page www.cies.org/specialists for information regarding the program (i.e. eligibility requirements, the review process, review dates, program activities, eligible fields of study). The 'Overview' and 'FAQs' sections will assist in determining whether your interests fit the program.
